What brands do you print on?

No Pride uses an array of brands from Bella Canvas to American Apparel and many others, with materials to better compliment the printing style of each item. Standard clothing items are high quality printed cotton, organic cotton, and polyester blended materials.

What size should I order?

No Pride's sizes vary from XS - 4XL with select items. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. Our cropped items tend to run a size smaller we are working to expand that in the near future. Shoes run slim and true to size. If your gorgeous feet have more presence than a natural size, we've made sure every shoe has a half size up from original size for a more comfy fit.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

Every item No Pride creates are by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. Typically we use screen printed heat transfer processes.

Will the designs fade?

T-shirt and hoodies prints may fade after extended wear and wash cycles. Black prints do have the tendency to fade, but will still wear well.

Are there any specific care instructions?

Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:

Washing: Please wash inside out with similar colors with cold water using a gentle cycle.

Ironing: if necessary to iron, AVOID ironing the printed area directly. Be sure to iron item inside out as these are custom made items. Tumble dry low, don't use bleach or dry clean items.

ORDERING

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We also accept in person cash payments. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.

How does shipping work?

Orders may be shipped seperately to ensure you get items soon. If items are shipped seperately, we ensure you that all items WILL be shipped to you. If you have a lost package we recommend you file a claim with the courier as we arent responsible once the package(s) leave No Pride.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering.

International orders:

These packages usually take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

Shipping times:

Standard US: 2-5 fulfillment, up to 7-10 business days shipping

Expedited US: 3 to 5 business days

Overnight US: 1 to 2 business days

Expedited & Overnight order cut off time is 1pm EST Monday-Friday.

During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via DHL & USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

International orders are shipped via DHL & USPS First Class International Mail.

Do you offer tracking?

Absolutely! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to these select countries internationally.

Customs:

International orders go through customs in the destination country befor they enter local delivery. Depending on the country it could take from 1 week to 1 month to complete.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase.
We do use fulfillment partners. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
